Our Leadership program challenges youth to create a roadmap for their future by setting goals and taking specific actions toward meeting their goals to become great leaders and learn about the benefits of education to be successful.

Some of our Leadership and Education experiences:

• “Dreams, Resources & Reality,” leadership forums geared toward high school and college students give youth an ideal setting to discuss their plans for the future.  These events have impacted over 2,000 youth. Panelists who reflect a broad range of industries participate in town halls and rap sessions with youth.  Morehouse College in Atlanta, GA was the site of our premiere event. In addition, Ludacris has conducted talks with youth at local schools to stress the importance of staying in school and receiving a good education.
• Profiles of Leaders through videos and pod casts capture leadership advice from influential CEOs, political leaders, educators, artists, actors, comedians and athletes. These vignettes provide great influence to our youth who aspire to visualize it to realize it.
• The Back 2 School event prepares youth to be successful with school supplies, lectures on why education matters in making a lifelong difference, and preventative services suck as vision and dental check-ups. This event gives underserved youth a great start for the first day of school. This event has changed the lives of over 2,500 underserved youth. Ludacris speaks to the youth every year to promote school attendance and expressing the importance of education.
